SEQUENCE®

The SEQUENCEE® architecture integrates several components designed to enhance the management and performance of communications systems. These components include the iCAS application services, SIP Proxy, Queue, Meeting, Call Center, Web Client Gateway, and Endpoint Manager.

  • Seamless Integration & High Performance: The architecture allows all SIP devices, radio gateways, and consoles to register and interact seamlessly with the SIP Proxy, ensuring reliable and secure communication management. The iCAS application services enable efficient handling of transactions, configurations, features, and data management across multiple communication platforms.
  • Scalability & Flexibility: The MCX SIP Proxy supports thousands of call setups per second and can handle large-scale communications with high availability and failover support. It integrates with third-party systems, providing flexibility for various deployment environments and system scaling through Docker containers.
  • Advanced Call Handling & Routing: The MCX Queue and Call Center components enhance call management by offering sophisticated call control, distribution, and routing based on agent skills and system design. This ensures that calls are handled efficiently, with appropriate routing for different communication scenarios.
  • Unified Conferencing Capabilities: MCX Meeting provides comprehensive audio and video conferencing functions, connecting various communication devices and systems, including land mobile radios, telephones, and video channels. Its use of WebRTC and SIP optimizes network resources, enabling smooth transitions to cloud-based operations.

iCAS Applications Server

The iCAS Applications Server is designed to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities with high-availability and robust middleware integration.

  • Enterprise-Grade Performance: The iCAS Server leverages the hardened INEMSOFT middleware framework, enabling seamless interaction with embedded SIP Proxy, conferencing, call management, and external enterprise applications. It efficiently manages radio and telephone calls, load balancing, and call routing, ensuring reliable communication operations.
  • High Availability & Scalability: The iCAS Server is configured in duplex pairs for high availability, supporting clustering, distribution, and replication across local and remote servers. This configuration ensures uninterrupted service even in geographically separated deployments.
  • Advanced Call Routing & Management: The server handles sophisticated call routing based on policies, efficiently classifying and directing incoming radio and telephone calls to the appropriate users or agents. Its ability to route calls based on detailed call flows, caller data, and destination information enhances communication efficiency.
