Government Delivering Cost-Effective Device Management and Maintenance

The INEMSOFT device management and radio-telephone console system are used in Government and Utilities operations linking telephone and radio callers with its central operations.

A Peruvian government agency with a large workforce distributed over three primary sites, six regional sites and 19 provinces integrated iNEMSOFT’s EM with its Avaya Aura environment and an estimated 7,000 devices. This agency spans the entire country, requiring device maintenance under global pandemic conditions, with limited resources and transportation facilities. iNEMSOFT’s EM helped the Telecom and IT department manage Avaya Aura devices remotely, reducing pandemic exposure and travel needs across locations.

INEMSOFT partners are deploying ClassOne Radio Gateways for their government, military and defense customers, enabling command and control centers access to field personnel using land mobile radios, mobile devices and unified communications.
