iNEMSOFT deployed its ClassOne Radio Gateways for a large Independent School District needing a mass notification system specifically for security and weather-related threats. The solution, integrated with the district’s existing Avaya infrastructure, seamlessly interoperates with other administrative systems to ensure there are no bottlenecks–critical for emergency planning and execution.

The SIP-based radio gateway provides the control interface for radios over IP/SIP protocol, unifying land-based mobile radio channels with the overall Avaya enterprise voice network – enabling mission-critical interoperability, unified communications and collaboration.

A State of Texas University System with state-wide distributed campuses, multiple Avaya Aura nodes with geo-distributed data centers, deployed iNEMSOFT’s EM across its network. This university system serves over 50,000 students with an estimated 8,000 devices distributed across all campuses. iNEMSOFT’s EM helped the Telecom and IT department manage Avaya Aura devices remotely, reducing pandemic exposure and travel to multiple locations.

A large California state university is deploying INEMSOFT ClassOne iCAS for its campus emergency and dispatch operations. The ClassOne iCAS solution enables the campus emergency management and police to leverage the existing Avaya Aura UCaaS infrastructure to implement radio interoperability, emergency call taking and radio dispatch.  Campus managers and public safety personnel will be able to link radio channels with the campus unified communications and contact centers applications and sites, including emergency response, notifications, IT support, facilities, and sports venues.
